This week on the Monday Menu I shared my Summer Pastabilities recipe for Southwest Grilled Shrimp & Pasta made with Hodgson Mill’s whole wheat pasta with all of you. It’s a healthy, wonderful dish for a quick dinner or as a side dish to bring to a summer picnic.
